I have over 4 years of previous experience working with people challenged with a variety of struggles. I work with clients according to their goals and understand that every person has strength inside them to move towards recovery and growth with any struggle they face.

We are home to a team of psychotherapists and social workers who help those feeling stuck in all kinds of mental health, emotional and relationship challenges overcome their challenges, align with their goals and values, and live a more intentional and fulfilling life.

My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.

I am here to help you take steps to better manage the obstacles that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life and work with you to discover a path towards self-awareness, restoration and growth in a non-judgmental and safe environment.

Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.
